PROCLAMATION.

By His Honour Sir George Grey,
Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

In pursuance of section 3 of "The Mount Albert Road Act, 1873," I do hereby proclaim and declare that the said Act shall come into force on and after Monday, the 17th day of January, 1876.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the Province at Auckland, this 7th day of January, 1876.

PROCLAMATION.

TOKA TOKA DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the north-east by the Tauraroa block, on land known as Walton’s claim and the parish of Tauraroa; towards the east by the parish of Matakohe, the Wairoa river, and the entrance to the Kaipara harbour; towards the south-west by the sea; and towards the west and north-west following the north-west boundary of the Kopuru block and the Wairoa river to the point of commencement.

Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

In pursuance of the fifth section of "The Auctioneers’ Licensing Act, 1863, Amendment Act, 1874," I hereby notify that the District hereunder described, and known as the Toka Toka District, shall, from and after the date of publication hereof, be and become subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province, at Auckland, this 7th day of January, 1876.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 13th January, 1876.

It is hereby notified that the Chairman of the First Meeting of Ratepayers of the Te Puna Highway District has, in accordance with the provisions of "The Highways Act, 1874," reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons elected as Members of the District Board for the said District, namely:—

J. S. Broadbent,
B. C. Fraser,
W. G. Armstrong,
Fairfax Johnson,
E. Lake.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 13th January, 1876.

It is hereby notified that the Chairman of the Te Puna District Board under "The Highways Act, 1874," has reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of Messrs. D. B. Bill, and W. C. Stewart, as having been elected Auditors for that District for the current year.
