THE MANGONUI EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Comprising all those lands included within the Mangonui Township Highway District.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

Auckland, 4th May, 1876.

IT is hereby notified that the Board of Education under "The Education Act, 1872," have constituted the Districts hereinafter described to be Educational Districts under the said Act, and have appointed the times and places of Meetings for the Election of District School Committees for the said Educational Districts, as hereunder set forth.

THE ORURU EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT,

Comprising all those lands included within the Mangonui Highway District.

Meeting to elect a Committee will be held at the School-room, Oruru, on Monday, 29th May, at 7 p.m.

RIVERHEAD EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the north by the Pukeatua Block, from lot 4 to lot 278 of the Parish of Pukeatua; towards the east by lots 59 and 60 of the Parish of Paremoremo, and by the Rangitopuni River and Waitemata River, to the north-eastern angle of Salmon’s claim; towards the south by the north-eastern boundary of the said claim, and by the Kumeu River to the Waikoukou River; and towards the west by the Waikoukou River, and by the western boundaries of lots 60, 59, and 58, and by the eastern boundary of lot 36 and of the Parish of Ararimu.

Meeting to elect a Committee will be held at the School-room, Riverhead (Lamb’s Mill), on Monday, the 22nd inst., at 5 p.m.

HOTEO NORTH EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Comprising the Hoteo North block together with the portion of the Pakiri block bounded towards the north-east by the Mahurangi and Port Albert road, towards the south-east by the Hoteo River, towards the south-west by the Hoteo North block and towards the north-west by the Oruawharo Block.

Meeting to elect Committee on Monday, 29th May, at 10 a.m. at Mr. George Eyre’s.

THE WAIHOU EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the west and north-west by the Waihou River, towards the east by the Okaihau No. 2 Block, and towards the south by the Uakana River.

Meeting to elect School Committee at Mr. Henry Danga’s house (Te Pa, a, Hokianga), on Monday, 29th May, at 7 p.m.

THE PAKIRI EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the north by the sea from the mouth of the Pakiri river, to the north-east angle of lot 79 of the parish of Omaha; towards the east by the eastern and southern boundaries of said lot, by the road forming the western boundary of lot 80, and by the road forming the eastern boundary of lot 87, thence by the southern boundary of said lot, thence by part of the eastern boundary of lot 101, and by the whole of the eastern boundary of lot 92, all of the parish of Omaha aforesaid to the road forming the southern boundary of last-named lot; towards the south by the southern boundaries of lots 92, 93, 94, and part of the southern boundary of lot 95, thence by the eastern boundary of lot 105, thence by the southern boundaries of lots 105, 106 and 107, by part of the western boundary of last-named lot, and by the northern boundary of lot 113, all of the parish of Omaha aforesaid; towards the west by the western boundaries of lots 114, 115, and 116, of the parish aforesaid, thence by part of the southern boundary of lot 46, and by the whole of the southern boundary of lot 45, both of the parish of Pakiri, thence by the western boundaries of said lot 45 and lots 39 and 36 of the parish of Pakiri aforesaid, and by the Pakiri river to the place of commencement.

Meeting to elect a Committee on Monday, 29th May, at 3 p.m., at Mr. Gravatt’s, Pakiri.

WAIKAWAU EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the north by the Telegraph creek; towards the west by the Thames river; towards the south by the Mata creek; and towards the east by the main dividing range.

Meeting to elect a Committee at the Mills, Wai kawau, on Monday, 29th May, at 7 p.m.

Between WILLIAM HASKAYNE JONES, Trustee of the Estate and Effects of GEORGE THORNE, junior, trading as "JOHN ROBERTON AND COMPANY," a Bankrupt, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM WHITAKER ARIELL, Defendant.

WHEREAS by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued herein, ordering me that of the real and personal property of the above-named defendant, William Whitaker Ariell, I should cause to be made the sum of twenty-two pounds sixteen shillings and sixpence, together with interest on the said sum at the rate of eight pounds per centum per annum, from the second day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, with costs of the said Writ and Warrant thereon, besides Sheriff’s poundage, officers’ fees, and other fees and expenses of execution: — and whereas by virtue of another Writ of Fieri Facias issued herein, ordering me that of the real and personal property of the said defendant I should cause to be made the further sum of twenty-three pounds ten shillings and tenpence, together with interest on the said sum at the rate of eight pounds per centum per annum from the second day of December, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, with costs of the said writ
