NATIVE LANDS COURT.

Notice under the Native Lands Act, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Cambridge, Waikato, on the 3rd of May next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Peina Tamihana, Te Kaiware, Te Kiriwai, Wiremu Karaka, Penetana Te Kami, Haratiera, Parawhau Taharangi, Wiremu Haumu, and Rei Paehua Mangawhero, near Matamata Commences at Tucrapaki, and goes on to Te Maire and Taumatanekeneke, and thence to the Waihou River, then follows down that river to the mouth of the Mangawhero River The maps of these lands, if they have been surveyed, can be seen at the Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Rihia Te Kauae Te Kapara, near Piraunui, Waikato Commences at Ouhoeroa and goes on to Te Pahi; turns here and goes on to Te Kohika and Te Retireti; turns again and goes on to Waiwhero and Te Puku-a-Tawaki; and thence to the commencement, at Ouhoeroa
Te Keepa Ringatu, Paratene Te Kaharunga, Hori Neri, and Penetito Taramoarahi No. 1, near Matamata, Waikato Commences at Taramoarahi No. 2, and goes on to Te Waiwhatawhata and Te Tutu; goes thence to Hingatiraha; then turns towards the west, and goes on to the boundary of Matamata
Rihia Te Kauae, Te Raihi, and Tame Kaka Te Karamu, near Maungatapu, Piako The boundaries are Kerihori and the Waiharakeke River
Penetito Te Tiwha and Tuwhenua Te Tiwha Hungahunga, near Matamata, Waikato The boundaries are shown on the map
Penetito Te Tiwha and Tuwhenua Te Tiwha Te Ruahine, near Matamata, Waikato The boundaries are shown on the map
