NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE UNDER THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1873, OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Kaihu, Kaipara, on the 24th of March next, and following days.

Schedule.

NAME OF CLAIMANT. NAME AND LOCALITY OF BLOCK. BOUNDARIES. PLACE WHERE PLAN WILL BE DEPOSITED FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION.
Parore To Awha Ounuwhao, near Te Wairoa, Kaipara Commences at Te Pakikitua on the Wairoa river, goes along the Wairoa river to Waihinahina, Okokopu, Omu, and Taotaoroa, at the mouth of the Tangowahine stream, till it reaches the mouth of the Mangonui river, turns there and goes on to Tautaukomako, goes on by the survey line till it reaches the Kaipara road, goes on to Kahukuri, thence to Te Awakino, goes on by the bank of Te Awakino river, till it arrives at Konene, and goes along the Waimata plain to Pakikitua. Magistrate, Helensville, Kaipara.
Parore Te Awha Waiaruhe, near Te Wairoa, Kaipara Commences at the mouth of the Tangowahine river, goes on by the Wairoa river to Opatu and Te Waiaruhe, thence to the boundary of Maungaru, Te Watene’s land, goes on by the boundary line of that land to the settlement of Tangowahine, goes along to the Tangowahine river, and along that river to its mouth. Magistrate, Helensville, Kaipara.
Te Puhi Hihi Mangonui, Kaipara Commences at the mouth of the Mangonui river, strikes along by the Tangowahine river and Te Wairoa to Omu, goes on by the boundary line of Parore’s land till it reaches the Tangowahine river, and goes on by that river to the mouth of the Mangonui river. Magistrate, Helensville, Kaipara.
Te Tirarau Mangarata, near Te Wairoa, Kaipara Commences in Okawaiti, at Te Wairoa, cuts across to Mangaone, passes on to the Mangonui river, goes along in the river Mangonui till it reaches the boundary of Te Watene’s block, Omanu, goes along that boundary, then turns, and strikes on to the mouth of the Mangarata river. Magistrate, Helensville, Kaipara.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Helensville, Kaipara.
