ERRATA.

In the Gazette of February 11, 1875, page 79,
the place for the hearing of the claims should
have been Whangarei, not Onoke, Whangarei.

In the same Gazette, page 103, the date of the
hearing of the claims at Helensville, Kaipara, should
have been the 15th of March, not the 2nd of April.

In the Gazette of February 13, 1875, page 118,
the place of hearing of the claims should have been
Ohaeawai, not Onoke, Hokianga.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

It is hereby notified that the Board of Education,
under "The Education Act, 1872," have constituted the district hereinafter described to be an Educational District under the said Act, and have appointed the time and place of meeting for the Educational District as hereunder set forth.

Waikiekie Educational District

Comprising all these lands included within the boundaries of the Waikiekie Highway District as proclaimed in the Provincial Government Gazette, No. 1, of the 16th January, 1872.

Meeting to elect Committee to be held on Monday,
15th March, 1875, at 11 a.m., at the Meeting-house, Waikiekie.


PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Auckland, 23rd February, 1875.

I HEREBY notify that the several Chairmen of
the after-named District Boards, under "The Highways Act, 1874," have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons duly elected Members of those Boards to supply vacancies:—

Town of Ngāruawāhia:—H. B. Salmon and
William Stock, vice Charles Innes and
Henry S. Holloway, resigned.

Tauranga:—Robert Kirk, vice Roger Hill, resigned.

Kaukapakapa North:—Frank Dye and Aitchison Thompson, vice A. Bonar and John Stewart, resigned.

FOR REGULATING VEHICLES.

BYE-LAW of the Council of the City of Auckland made under special order of the said Council dated the eighteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, confirmed the fifteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five, and sealed with the common seal of the Council of the said City on the fifteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.
