HAURAKI GOLD MINING DISTRICT.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
IT is hereby notified that re-entry has been made by the Lessor upon the ground demised by the mining lease hereunder named, and the Lessee’s estate therein determined ; and that the land therein mentioned will be open for occupation under sections 109, 110, 111, and 112 of “The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1873.”

The BALLARAT AND RISING SUN GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED, situated on Waiotahi Creek, bounded northerly by the “Evening Star” license, easterly by “Shamrock” and “Queensland” licenses, southerly by supposed unoccupied ground, westerly by “Secure” claim and “Golden Age” license ; Lease dated 30th May, 1870. No. 126.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By His Honour SIR GEORGE GREY, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
IN pursuance of “The Highways Act, 1874,” I do hereby bring the said Act into operation within the TOTARA HIGHWAY DISTRICT ;
and I do hereby appoint the First Meeting of Ratepayers to take place at the Totara School-house on Saturday, the 18th December instant, at three o’clock in the afternoon, and Mr. D. M. Anderson to be Chairman of such Meeting.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this 2nd day of December, 1875.
