PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 26th November, 1875.

In pursuance of the sixth clause of "The Slaughter-house Act, 1866," it is hereby notified that application has been made to the Superintendent by

Mr. John Buckland,
of Coromandel, for a Private Slaughter-house Licence for his premises, being freehold property, on part of the Taranga Block, Township of Kapanga, Coromandel.

Objections against the granting of such Licence must be lodged within one calendar month from the date of publication hereof.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By His Honour Sir George Grey,
Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath,
Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

In pursuance of "The Highways Act, 1874," I do hereby bring the said Act into operation within the

Te Puna Highway District,

and I do hereby appoint the First Meeting of Ratepayers to take place at the residence of Mr. W. G. Armstrong, situated between the Te Puna and Wairoa Rivers, on Monday, the 20th December proximo, at twelve o’clock, noon; and Mr. Joseph S. Broadbent to be Chairman of such meeting.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

SEPARATE TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of Monday, the 20th December, proximo, for the undermentioned Services and Supplies for the Provincial Government during the nine months commencing on the 1st January, 1876.

Printed forms of Tender, and copies of the conditions and specifications of the several contracts can be obtained at this Office.
