NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE UNDER THE NATIVE LANDS ACT, 1873, OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Mangonui, on the 29th of April next, and following days.

Wiremu Naihi, Huperio Karapipi Unuhia, near Whangaroa The boundaries are shewn on the map
Taniora Arapata, Era Patuone, Hohepa Kakena Te Patoa, near Whangaroa The boundaries are shewn on the map
Taniora Arapata Kotaa, near Whangaroa The boundaries are shewn on the map
Te Warena Tuoro, Eritana Kiripakeke, Taniora Arapata, Heremaia Te Ara, Hana Karena, and others Te Huia, near Whangaroa The boundaries are shewn on the map

Paora Ururoa, Hongi Hika Ohakiri, near Whangaroa The boundary commences at Ohakiri, and thence runs to the West boundary of Mr. Shepherd’s land at Puketapu, it then turns South and runs to the Opuhiiti stream, then turns East and runs to where the Waitapu, Kaeo, and Otahakia roads branch, it then turns to Hanatui, and strikes Shepherd’s land, turns West, and runs to Ohakiri
Aperahama Panarau, Patana Te Maru, Nepia Te Morenga, Te Waka Rangaunu, Hetaraka Komene, Hare Rewiti Hukaterc, Peri Te Huhu, Himi Te Kaka Orohana, at Ahipara The boundary commences at the Whiroa survey line, thence along that line to the Takahue line, along the Takahue line to Te Kauri Tutahi, turns and runs along the Ahipara line, turns at Okawau and runs to Taumata Karamu, and on to Te Paretau, thence along the Tauroa, Herekino, and Te Areuru lines, then turns and runs on to the line of Te Whiroa
