PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 20th November, 1875.

IT is hereby notified that the several Chairmen of the afternamed District Boards under “The Highways Act, 1874,” have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons elected as AUDITORS of those Highway Districts respectively for the current year, namely :-

MANGAREI:-- Shepherd and Lynch.

EPSOM:-- Charles Tothill and Arthur Heather.

TITIRANGI:-- James May Jones and Gilbert Dobson.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

WHAREROA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

THE Assessment List of this District has been finally settled. The Rate Book may be inspected and payment of the Rate made at the house of Mr. Henry Falls, Purahaki, Collector.

MANUREWA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

THE Assessment List for the above District has been finally settled. The Rate Book may be inspected at the residence of the Chairman, the Rates to be paid to Patrick Donovan, junior, Collector.

WHAU HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List for the above District for the current year has been finally settled. All Rates must be paid to the Collector, Mr. James Owen, at his residence, Whau, where the Rate Book lies for inspection.

POLLOCK SETTLEMENT HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List of the above District has been finally settled. The Rate Book lies for inspection at the house of James Hedley Pollock, who has been appointed Collector of Rates.

POVERTY BAY HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

THE Assessment List of the above District has been finally settled, and now lies at the office of the Board at Gisborne. Rates must be paid to Mr. F. J. Piesse, who has been appointed Collector.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List of the above District for the current year was finally settled on the 1st instant. Rates are to be paid to the Collector, Mr. Reid, at whose residence the Rate Book can be seen.
