PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
THE undermentioned allotments will, on Monday, the twentieth day of December next, at 12 o’clock noon, at Messrs Tonks and Co’s Auction Mart, Queen-street, Auckland be offered for lease subject to the conditions hereunder specified.

CONDITIONS.
(1). The Allotments will be leased for a term of twenty-one years.
(2). In respect of every Building erected on each of the said allotments a valuation to be assessed on the determination of the Lease, by an appointee of the Superintendent, shall be payable to the lessee by the incoming tenant.

Part of Hospital Reserve, situate near the Junction Hotel, on the Epsom and Onehunga Road, Suburbs of Auckland, Parish of Waitemata, County of Eden.

Possession of this allotment will be delivered on the 1st January, 1876.
Allotment No. 14A of section No. 12 of the suburbs of Auckland, containing 4 acres and 1 rood, situate on the road from the Harp of Erin Hotel to the Royal Oak Hotel.

IT is hereby notified that the several Chairmen of the afternamed District Boards, under “The Highways Act, 1874,” have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons elected (or appointed) as FENCE-VIEWERS for those Districts respectively, in accordance with the provisions of “The Fencing Act, 1855, Amendment Act, 1874,” namely :—

EPSOM :—William Aitkin and Robert Hall.
WHAREHINE :—Richard Cutforth and Albert Elliott.
