PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 11th November, 1875.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned Hospital Endowment Allotment will, on Wednesday, the 15th December, 1875, at 12 o’clock noon, at Messrs. B. Tonks & Co.’s Auction Mart, Queen Street, Auckland, be offered for Lease, subject to the conditions hereunder specified.

CONDITIONS.
(1). The allotment will be leased for a term of 21 years.
(2). Possession of the same will be delivered on, and the tenancy thereof will date from the 16th day of December next.
(3). The Lessee to erect thereon within two years from the day of auction, in a good, substantial, and workmanlike manner, a building of not less than two stories in height above the street level, the lower story of such building above the street level aforesaid, to be from floor to floor not less than 13 feet and the second story 12 feet, to be finished with a parapet wall on the Queen Street frontage, not less than 2 feet 6 inches high. Such building to be of brick or stone, and otherwise in conformity with the Building Acts for the time being in force in the City of Auckland.
(4). In respect of such building, however, a valuation to be assessed on the determination of the lease by an appointee of the Superintendent, shall be payable to the lessee by the incoming tenant.

NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of “The Supreme Court Site Leasing Act, 1875,” that it is intended to alienate the land mentioned and described in the Schedule hereto, by way of lease for a term of sixty-six (66) years, at public auction to be held at the Mart of Messrs. B. Tonks and Co., Auctioneers, Queen-street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 15th December, 1875, at twelve o’clock noon.
Plans and conditions of Lease may be obtained at this Office and at the Auctioneers’ Mart.
