IN accordance with the 14th section of "The
Education Act, 1872," it is hereby notified
that the Boundaries of the following districts, as
described in the Gazettes, No. 2, of 27th January,
1874, and No. 1, of 12th January, 1875, have
been amended by the Board of Education as
follows:

North Albertland Educational District.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the north by part of the north-
era boundary of the Oruawharo block, commencing
at the north-western angle of lot 33 of the parish of
Oruawharo to the Great North road; towards the
north-east by the road forming the south-western
and southern boundaries of lots 13, 12, 41, 42, 45,
39, and 38 all of the parish aforesaid; towards the
east by part of the eastern boundary of the Orua-
wharo block aforesaid from the south-eastern angle
of lot 38 aforesaid to the south-eastern angle of lot
93 of the parish aforesaid; towards the south by
the southern boundary of last-named lot, and by Te
Hana river; and towards the west by part of the
western boundary of the Oruawharo block aforesaid
from the mouth of Te Hana river to the north-
western angle of lot 33 of the said parish of Orua-
wharo, the place of commencement.


Te Kopuru Educational District.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the North West, by the North
Western boundary of the Aratapu Educational Dis-
trict; towards the North East by the Wairoa
River; towards the South East by the Sea; and
towards the South West by the Sea.


MAKETU HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List
of the above District has been finally settled.
The Rate Book may be inspected at Mr. D. Brisbane’s
store, Maketu, where all Rates must be paid.

MATA MATA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment
List for the Mata Mata Highway District, has
been finally settled, and that the Rate-Book may be
inspected at the house of Mr. W. L. Williams, Mata
Mata, where the Rates must be paid, by persons
liable to pay the same.

WAIPU SOUTH HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

The Assessment List of the above District has
been finally settled. The rates are now pay-
able to A. Semadeni, the Collector, at his residence,

1875-76, for the above District, has been finally

must be paid to Mr. A. Bremner, the authorised
Collector.
