Waipu District.
WAIPU Block (portion of) Parish of Waipu, County of Marsden, 10,000 acres.
MARERETU Block (southern portion) Parish of Mareretu, County of Marsden, 4,000 acres.
Applications for any of these lands must be made to Mr. Duncan McKenzie, Chairman, Waipu Middle District Board, Waipu, with whom plans of the said Blocks have been lodged for public inspection.
Hoteo Block.
HOTEO Block (portion of north and south), parish of Tauhoa, county of Marsden, 10,000 acres.
Application for any of these lands must be made to Mr. F. J. Utting, Land Surveyor, Port Albert, with whom plans of the said block have been lodged for public inspection.
Raglan District.
WHAINGAROA Block (south eastern and south western portions), parish of Whaingaroa, county of Rutland, 5000 acres.
KARIOI Block (western portion), parish of Karioi, county of Rutland, 3,000 acres.
Applications for any of these lands must be made to Mr. Thomas Wilson, Okete, near Raglan, with whom plans of the said blocks have been lodged for public inspection.
Plans of all the above-mentioned lands may be inspected at the Waste Lands Office, Auckland.

Under, and in pursuance of the powers in me vested, by section 81 of “The Highways Act, 1874,” I do hereby appoint the undermentioned persons to be Auditors of the Highway Districts set opposite their respective names, for the ensuing highway year, namely:
TAURANGA:—Andrew Speiring and Jonathan Broun.
MONGO-NUI:—K. Wyles and R. H. Houston.
