KAIHU EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the west by the Pacific ocean from Tiki to Kai Iwi; towards the north by a survey line from Kai Iwi to a stream called Te Kawau; towards the east by the Kaihu stream; and towards the south by the Mangatara creek, and a survey line to Tiki.

Meeting to elect Committee will be held at the Elbe Company’s Mill on Saturday, the 25th September, at 7 p.m.


WHANGAPOU EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Commencing at Te Harakeke on the sea Coast, thence to the Whangapoua Harbour; thence to the Waitekuri Block; thence by the southern and western boundaries of said block, and the western boundary of Te Ranga block; thence by the dividing range from Te Ranga to the Wainuiototo block; thence by the north-western boundary of said block to Te Harakeke.

Meeting to elect Committee will be held at the Whangapoua Saw Mill on Saturday, 18th September, at seven p.m.


PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Office of the Board of Education,

In accordance with the 14th section of “The Education Act, 1872,” it is hereby notified that the Boundaries of the following districts, as described in the Gazette, No. 1, of 12th January, 1875, and No. 18, of 21st April, 1873, have been amended by the Board of Education as follows.

OHAUPO EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the north-east by the Waikato river from the north-western angle of lot 136 of the Parish of Te Rapa to the north-western angle of lot 353 of same parish; towards the east by the road forming the western and southern boundaries of said lot 353, the southern boundary of lot 354, part of the southern boundary of lot 355, the western boundaries of lots 334, 333A, 332A, 332, 338, the northern boundaries of lots 194, 193, 192, the western boundaries of lots 192, 198, 200, and 202, all of the Parish of Te Rapa aforesaid; thence by the road forming the northern boundaries of lots 183 and 182 of the Parish of Ngaroto, and thence by the road leading from the north-eastern angle of last-named lot to the south-eastern angle of lot 218 of said Parish of Ngaroto; towards the north by the northern boundaries of lots 218, 217, 286, and 292, of the Parish of Puniu; again towards the east by the eastern boundaries of lots 292 and 294 of last-named parish; towards the south by the road commencing at the southern angle of lot 294 aforesaid, to the south-western angle of lot 43 of the Parish of Mangapiko; towards the west by part of the eastern boundary of the Mangapiko Highway District, from last-named angle to the north-western angle of lot 326 of the Parish of Tuhikaramea; and towards the north-west by a line from last-named angle to the north-western angle of lot 143 of the Parish of Te Rapa, thence by the road forming the north-western boundaries of lots 143, 142, 140, and 138, and the northern boundaries of lots 91, 92, and 136, all of the last-named parish, to the Waikato river.


CAMBRIDGE EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Comprising the Highway Districts of Cambridge and Cambridge North Township; also all that portion of the Pukekura Highway District bounded towards the north by the Waikato river from the north-eastern angle of lot 19 of the Parish of Pukete; towards the south-east and south-west by the boundary line of Pukekura Highway District to the north-eastern angle of lot 305 of the Parish of Puniu; and towards the north-west by a line from angle last named to the south-eastern angle of lot 112 of the Parish of Pukekura, and thence by the eastern boundaries of lots 112, 108, 29, 18, and 19, of Pukekura parish aforesaid, to the Waikato river.


NOTICE

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

NORTHERN DISTRICT.

Between John Shaw, Plaintiff, and James Holmes Hanson, Defendant.

WHEREAS by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued herein, ordering me that of the real and personal property of the above-named James Holmes Hanson I should cause to be made the sum of £304, together with the interest on the said sum at the rate of 8 per centum per annum, from the 23rd day of July, 1875, together with £1 13s. 6d., for the said Writ, besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officers’ fees, &c.

Now I do hereby give notice that I shall cause to be sold by Public Auction by Richard Arthur at his Auction Mart, Queen-street, Auckland, on the 11th day of November, 1875, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, unless the said sums of £304 and £1 13s. 6d. and interest be sooner paid, besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officer’s fees, &c.

All the Estate, Right, Title, and Interest of the said James Holmes Hanson in and to all those pieces or parcels of Land in the Province of Auckland, containing 61 acres, more or less, being Lots 14, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, of a subdivision into lots of Allotment Number 11 of the Parish of Titirangi, in the County of Eden, in the Province of Auckland aforesaid.

And I further give notice that the Estate or Interest of the said James Holmes Hanson in respect of the above mentioned lands consists of his equity of redemption or other equitable Estate in the said lands, and that all the said lands, and all the estates and interests of the said James Holmes Hanson therein and thereto have been taken by me in execution at the suit of the said John Shaw, the Execution Creditor.
