PORT OF RUSSELL.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honour Sir George Grey, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers and authority in me vested by the provisions of "The Marine Act, 1867," I do hereby define the limits and boundaries for the purposes of the said recited Act, of the undermentioned Wharf, that is to say:
Russell Wharf.
Bounded on the north-east by the Beach Road at its junction with Cass Street; on the north-west and south-east by the waters of the Harbour of Russell and land between high and low water mark; and on the south-east by the waters of the said Harbour.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province, at Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, this 24th day of August, 1875.

PROCLAMATION.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me by an Act of the Local Legislature of the Province of Auckland, intituled "An Act to Abate the Nuisance caused by Dogs" (Session I., No. 4, 1854), I do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the publication hereof the said Act shall come into operation within the District of
Coromandel,
as constituted under "The Highways Act, 1874."
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province, at Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, this 24th day of August, 1875.
