PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By His Honour Sir GEORGE GREY, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

IN pursuance of “The Highways Act, 1874,” I do hereby bring the said Act into force within the TAOTAOROA HIGHWAY DISTRICT, and I do hereby appoint the First Meeting of Ratepayers to take place at the Masonic Hotel, Cambridge, on Saturday, the 4th September, 1875, at twelve o’clock noon; and Mr. James Forrest, to be Chairman of such Meeting.
