PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
IT is hereby notified that re-entry has been made by the Lessor upon the ground demised by the Leases hereunder named, and the Lessees’ estate therein respectively determined, and that the land therein mentioned will be open for occupation under sections 109, 110, 111, and 112 of "The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1873."

By His Honour Sir George Grey, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by the seventh Section of "The Highways Act, 1874," I do hereby notify that, from and after the date hereof, all that portion of the Province of Auckland hereunder described shall be a District under the said Act, and that such District shall be known by the name of
