UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me
vested by the seventh section of "The Highways Act, 1874," I do hereby alter and amend the boundaries of the MOUNT ALBERT, PAPARATA, and POKENO Highway Districts, as hereunder set forth.

THE MOUNT ALBERT HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the north by part of the northern
boundary of section No. 5, of the suburbs of Auckland, from the north-western angle of allotment No. 35 of said section to the north-western angle of allotment No. 10, of section No. 5 aforesaid, and continuing along the north-eastern boundary of allotment No. 10 to its easternmost angle; thence towards the east by a right line crossing the road known as the New North Road to the eastern side of the Mount Roskill Road, thence westerly, crossing the Mount Roskill Road aforesaid to its western side, and continuing southerly along said road to a line parallel to and at a distance of about 235 links from the road which forms the north-western boundary of allotment No. 11, of section No. 10 aforesaid, thence by said line westerly to the north-western angle of Mr. Baker’s land, and continuing southerly along the western boundary of said land, and by the same boundary produced in a southerly direction to the northern boundary of allotment No. 136, also of section No. 10 of the suburbs of Auckland before mentioned, thence westerly by the northern boundary of allotment No. 136 aforesaid to the north-eastern angle of allotment No. 137, of section No. 10 aforesaid, thence by the eastern boundary of allotment No. 137 aforesaid and the eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, and 178, of section No. 10 aforesaid, as also the eastern boundary of allotment No. 46 of the parish of Titirangi to its south-eastern angle; towards the south by the centre of the road which forms the south-western boundary of allotment No. 46 aforesaid, and the south-western boundaries of allotments Nos. 45 and 44, and part of the south-western boundary of allotment No. 43 to the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of allotment No. 50, thence by the centre of said road to a point, being a continuation of the north-eastern boundary of allotment No. 51, thence crossing the before-mentioned road, and by the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of allotment No. 51 aforesaid to the road which forms its south-western boundary, thence crossing said road, and by the south-eastern boundary of allotment No. 52 to the rivulet, thence westerly along said rivulet to the north-eastern boundary of allotment No. 65; towards the west by the rivulet aforesaid from the north-eastern angle of said lot No. 65 to a line running parallel to and at a distance of three chains from the Southern side of the New North Road, thence by said line to the road which forms the eastern boundary of allotment No. 64, thence northerly by the centre of the said road to the southern boundary of allotment No. 62, thence easterly by said boundary to Oakley’s stream, and by said stream to the south-western angle of allotment No. 32; and towards the north-west by the southern boundary of allotment No. 32 aforesaid to the road which forms its eastern boundary, thence crossing said road and by the southern and eastern boundaries of allotment No. 35 and the eastern boundary of allotment No. 29, all of the parish of Titirangi aforesaid to the Meola stream, thence by said stream eastward to the south-western point of allotment No. 172 of section No. 10 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of said allotment No. 172 to the road which forms its eastern boundary, thence northerly along the centre of said road to its junction with the road which forms the North-eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 176 and 177, of said section No. 10, and continuing along the centre of said road to the south-western angle of allotment No. 37 of section No. 5 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by the western boundary of said allotment No. 37 and the western boundary of said allotments Nos. 36 and 35 of section No. 5 aforesaid to the point of commencement.

THE PAPARATA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Commencing at a point on the centre of the Great South Road at its junction with the road which traverses allotment No. 49 of the Parish of Opaheke bounded towards the north by a line from the centre of the Great South Road from the point last named to the southern side of the road which traverses allotment No. 49 of the Parish of Opaheke aforesaid thence by the southern side of said road which forms the northern boundaries of allotments Numbers 97, 96, 94, and 93 of small lots known as the Bombay Settlement and also the northern boundaries of allotments Numbers 163, 218 and 198 and continuing along the south side of said road to its junction with the road which forms the eastern boundary of allotment No. 164 thence crossing said road and continuing along its eastern side to the northern boundary of allotment No. 166 of the Parish of Opaheke aforesaid thence by the northern and part of the eastern boundaries of allotment No. 166 last named and the northern boundary of allotment No. 169 to the road which forms its eastern boundary thence southerly by the eastern side of said road to a point being the production in a westerly direction of the northern boundary of allotment No. 171 and crossing said road at the point last named to the north-western angle of allotment No. 171 aforesaid and by the northern boundary of allotment No. 171 the crossing of the road which forms its eastern boundary to the westernmost angle of allotment No. 172 thence by the eastern side of said road to the northernmost angle of allotment No. 172 aforesaid thence by the western side of the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of said lot No. 172 to its junction with the road which forms the northern boundary of allotment No. 107 of the
