KIRI O TUPATO No. 2 BLOCK.
District of Kaipara,
Province of Auckland.
At a Sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, held at Kaihu, in the said District, on the 22nd day of May, 1875, before John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and Enoka te Whanake, Assessor: In the matter of the claim of Pirika Ngai.
It was ordered that a Memorial of Ownership of Heta Paikea, Maraea Pirika, and Paratene Tokaakuku, Aboriginal Natives, to a parcel of land at Wairoa, District aforesaid, containing fourteen acres twenty perches, and known by the name of Kiri o Tupato, No. 2, be inscribed on a separate folium on the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, the 22nd day of May, 1875.

At a Sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, held at Kaihu, in the said District, on the 22nd day of May, 1875, before John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge; and Enoka te Whanake, Assessor: In the matter of the claim of Te Wharepapa.
It was ordered that a Memorial of the Ownership of Kamariera te Wharepapa, Aboriginal Native, to a parcel of land at Wairoa, District aforesaid, containing by estimation thirty thousand six hundred and seventy-one acres, and known by the name of “Kairara,” be inscribed on a separate folium on the Court Rolls.
