NATIVE LANDS ACT, 1873 AND 1874.

WAEREKAWAKAWA BLOCK.

District of Kaipara,
Province of Auckland.

AT a Sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, held at Kaihu, in the said District, on the 22nd day of May, 1875, before John Jermyn Symonds, Esq., Judge, and Enoka te Whanake, Assessor: In the matter of the claim of Komene Matiu. It was ordered that a Memorial of the Ownership of Kamariera te Wharepapa, an Aboriginal Native, to a parcel of land at Wairoa, District aforesaid, containing two thousand five hundred and twenty-two acres, and known by the name of Waerekahakaha, be inscribed on a separate folium on the Court Rolls.

Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, the 22nd day of May, 1875.

I kiia ko tetahi Tuhinga Whakamaharatanga me Parore te Awha me Ant Patene, Tangata Maori, ki te piihi whenua kei te Wairoa, i taua takiwa, te ruritanga, e rima mane o one rau eka, e matauria ana ki te ingoao Waimata, kia tuhia ki tetahi pukapuka ke i rote i te Kooti Rouru.

AT a Sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, held at Kaihu, in the said District, on the 22nd day of May, 1875, before John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and Enoka te Whanake, Assessor: In the matter of the claim of Haro Poti, and Arepata Whare, it was ordered that a Memorial of the Ownership of Kamariera te Wharepapa, Aboriginal Native, to a parcel of land at Wairoa, District aforesaid, containing Five thousand five hundred and ninety-two acres, and known by the name of Pekapekarau, be inscribed on a separate folium on the Court Rolls.

Witness the hand of John Jermyn Symonds, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, the 22nd day of May, 1875.

It was ordered that a Memorial of the Ownership of Parore te Awha, and Ant Patene, Aboriginal Natives, to a parcel of land at Wairoa, District aforesaid, containing 5,600 acres, and known by the name of Waimata, be inscribed on a separate folium on the Court Rolls.
