IT is hereby notified that Monday, the 24th instant, will be observed as a Public Holiday at the Provincial Government Offices, being Her Majesty’s Birthday.

I DO hereby notify that
Thomas Macready, Esquire,
has been appointed a Member of the Auckland Harbour Board, in pursuance of section 12 of "The Auckland Harbour Board Act, 1871," vice Thomas Williams, Esquire.
Also, that in pursuance of section 10 of the said Act,
Malcolm Niccol, Esquire,
has been duly elected a Member of the said Board in place of Benjamin Tonks, Esquire.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by Section 81 of "The Highways Act, 1874," I do hereby appoint the undermentioned persons to be Auditors for the Highway Districts set opposite their respective names, for the ensuing highway year, namely—
Okahu — William Stonax, vice George Dreadon, resigned.
Mount Albert — John Phillipps, vice A. A. Brown, left the Province.

PROCLAMATION.
By the Auckland Harbour Board for the Port of Auckland.
IN pursuance of the powers and authority vested in the Auckland Harbour Board the limits and boundaries of the undermentioned Wharf for the purposes of "The Marine Act, 1867," are hereby defined, that is to say:—
STOKES POINT WHARF, NORTH SHORE.
Bounded on the east by a public road, and by land between high and low water mark, and on the south, west, and north by the waters of the Waitemata harbour.
Given at Auckland under the Common Seal of the Auckland Harbour Board, the twelfth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.
