NOTICE is hereby given, that the Toll Gates and Toll House on the Great North Road, at its junction with the Ponsonby Road, at Newton, are about to be removed from their present site to the top of Arch Hill, on the said Great North Road, and notice is also hereby given, in terms of “The Turnpike Act, 1862,” that on and after Friday, the first day of May, 1874, Tolls will be levied at these gates upon their new site.
