HAURAKI GOLD MINING DISTRICT.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 28th February, 1874.
IT is hereby notified that re-entry has been made by the Lessor upon the ground demised by the Lease hereunder named, and the Lessees’ estate therein determined, and that the land therein mentioned will be open for occupation under sections 109, 110, 111, and 112, of “The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1873.”

THAMES.
The DURHAM Ox Gold Mining Company, Registered, situated on the Moanatairi creek, and bounded northerly by the “Clyde” license, easterly by “Watchman” license and “Point Russell” license, southerly by “Moanatairi” license, westerly by “Moanatairi” license and supposed unoccupied ground. Lease dated 19th October, 1871.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

WHEREAS the Waipu North Highway District Board have transmitted to me an Order dated the 6th December, 1873, for the making of a road from the farms of Messrs. McDonald and McKenzie, along the main branch, through lots 6 and 69 to bridge on said branch, within the said District, together with true copies of the specifications, maps, plans, sections, and elevations for the making of the said road, and together with the written Objection thereto; I do hereby, in pursuance of section 33 of “The Highway Boards Empowering Act, 1871,” give notice that on Tuesday, the tenth day of March, 1874, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at my Office at Auckland, I shall take into consideration the said Order and the Objection made thereto.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twenty-sixth day of February, 1874.

WHEREAS the Titirangi Highway District Board have transmitted to me an Order, dated the 10th February, 1874, for the making of a road through allotments 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 44, 45 and 46, of Titirangi, within the said District, together with true copies of the specifications, maps, plans, sections and elevations for the making of the said road, and together with the written Objections thereto; I do hereby, in pursuance of section 33 of “The Highway Boards Empowering Act, 1871,” give notice that on Tuesday, the tenth day of March, 1874, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at my Office at Auckland, I shall take into consideration the said Order, and the Objections made thereto.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twenty-sixth day of February, 1874.
