"THE TIMBER FLOATING ACT, 1873."
NOTICE is hereby given to all Owners and Occupiers of land on the Banks of the Kauaeranga Stream, situate in the Cape Colville Peninsula, in the Province of Auckland, that an application has been made by Mr. Captain James Stone, under "The Timber Floating Act, 1873," for a License to use the said stream by floating Timber therein; and that I will hear any objections which may be made to the said application on Wednesday, the twenty-fifth instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Provincial Government Offices, at Grahamstown.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this second day of February, 1874.

IT is hereby notified that re-entry has been made by the Lessors upon the ground demised by the Leases hereunder named, and the Lessees' estate therein determined, and that the land therein mentioned will be open for occupation under sections 109, 110, 111, and 112, of "The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1873."
