NATIVE LANDS COURT.
NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Ohaeawai, Bay of Islands, on the 7th of January next, and following days.

| Hiku, Katarina, and others | Tokokopuru, near Ohaeawai, | Commences at Tokokopuru, and goes along on survey lines to the Mangatawhai river, and goes along in that river for some distance, then leaves that river and goes by survey lines to the Matawhero river, then turns towards the south and goes along on a survey line till it again falls into the Matawhero river at Te Waikiwi, thence by survey lines up to Te Wharau-o-Karoro, then turns towards the west to Te Whare-Kahakaha, thence by lines to Te Rakaututahi, then turns towards the north-west and falls into the Matawhero, thence by lines to Ngaruwahine, turns again towards the west and goes by survey lines to the commencement. | Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Russell, Bay of Islands. |
| Te Teira Ramuti, Wiremu Kohumaru, and others | Otutaorau, near Ohaeawai, | Commences at Te Wharau-o-Karoro and goes down to the Tuataranui river, and by that river to the Rimuwhakataratara river, and by that river to the mouth of the Kainoa river, thence to the Otutaorau river, and by that river to the boundary of Te Ngawha, then along that boundary to Te Moimoi, then by the boundary of Te Moimoi to Waiporohita, then by a line to Tokokopuru, then turns and goes along on the boundary of Tokokopuru. | Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Russell, Bay of Islands. |
