Auckland Provincial Government Gazette.

N O T I C E.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, October 28th, 1874.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made on the tenth day of September, 1874, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, that the Claim of Hera Waiti and another, aboriginal natives of New Zealand, to a piece of land called "Te Pipipi No. 1," situate at Whangape, in the District of Hokianga, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand at Whangape, in the district aforesaid, on the 20th day of November, 1873, should be reheard, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 20th day of May, 1875.

Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Onoke, Hokianga on the 30th day of November next, for the rehearing of the above-mentioned Claim.

Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohioia ai ka noho te Kooti Whakawa Whenua Maori ki Onoke, Hokianga, a te 30 o nga ra o Nowema, 1874, ki te whakawa hou ano i tenei pihi whenua.
