NOTEMEA i teta hi Kii Runanga i puta i te 10 o nga ra o Hepetema, 1874, i mea te Kawana ratou ko tona Runanga, ko te tono o Wiremu Hongi Te Ripi ma mo teta hi pihi whenua ko Parahirahi te ingoa, i te takiwa o Peiwhairangi, i whakawakia ete Kooti Whakawa Whenua Maori i Haruru, Waitangi, i te takiwa o Peiwhairangi, me whakawa hou ano i te aroaro o te Kooti Whakawa Whenua Maori, a me tu tauawhakawa tuaruaki muarealo te 15 o ngara o Hurae, 1875.

Na, he panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka noho te Kooti Whakawa Whenua Maori ki Haruru, Waitangi, a te 5 o nga ra o Nowema, 1874, ki te whakawa hou ano i tenei pihi whenua.

N O T I C E.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 15th September, 1874.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made on the 10th day of September, 1874, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, that the claim of Riperata Kahutia and others to a piece of land called Kaiti, situate at Turanganui, in the Poverty Bay district, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand on the 27th day of November, 1873, at Gisborne, in the district aforesaid, should be reheard, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 27th day of May next.

Now I hereby give notice, that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Gisborne, Poverty Bay, on the 21st day of October next, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.
