Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 24th September, 1874.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made on the 10th day of September, 1874, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor, in Council, that the claim of Wiremu Hongi Te Ripi and others, aboriginal natives of New Zealand, to a piece of land called Parahirahi, in the District of the Bay of Islands, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, at Haruru, Waitangi, in the District aforesaid, should be re-heard by the said Court, and that such re-hearing shall take place before the 15th day of July, 1875.

Now I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Haruru, Waitangi, on the 5th day of November next, for the re-hearing of the aforementioned claim.
