MAUNGATAWHIRI HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List of this District is now finally settled, and the Rate Book lies for inspection at the School-house, Pokeno Hill. All rates are now due and payable, without further application, to the Collector, Mr. Thomas Halliwell, at the School-house, Pokeno Hill.

MAUKU HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

FINAL NOTICE TO RATEPAYERS.

THE Assessment List has been finally settled, and the Rate Book may be inspected at the residence of Mr. W. Crawford. All rates are now due, and must be paid to Mr. Crawford, Mauku, or into the Bank of New Zealand, Auckland.

WAIROA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

THE Assessment List of the abovenamed Highway District for the year 1874-5 is finally settled. The Rate Book can be inspected at the residence of the Collector, Mr. Thomas Murray, of Otan, Wairoa, to whom, and at whose residence, all Rates are to be paid.

PUKEKARORO HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List of the above-named District has been finally settled, and that the Treasurer will attend at the Post Office, Kaiwaka, on Tuesday, the 29th day of September, from 10 o'clock a.m. till 3 p.m., for the purpose of receiving the local Rates for year ending 30th June, 1875. Rates not paid on that date will be received by the Chairman at his residence, where the Rate Book lies for inspection.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessment List for this District was finally settled on the 17th instant. Payment of Rates to be made to Mr. R. Gwynne, Junction Hotel, where the Rate Book may be inspected.

WAIPU MIDDLE HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

THE Assessment List of this District is finally settled, and lies for inspection at the residence of the Treasurer, Mr. M. W. McKenzie, to whom the Rates may be paid.

I, THEOPHILUS KISSLING, Registrar of the Supreme Court for the District of Auckland, do hereby notify that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by Francis Angus White, Secretary of “The North Devon Gold Mining Company, Limited,” has been lodged in the Resident Magistrate’s Court, at Auckland, and forwarded to me, and that unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said Company to be dissolved, in manner provided by “The Limited Liability Joint Stock Companies Dissolution Act, 1872.”

I, FRANCIS ANGUS WHITE, Secretary of the North Devon Gold Mining Company, Limited, incorporated under the Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860, do hereby make oath and say—

That the Nominal Capital of the Company is Six thousand pounds (£6,000), in Six thousand (6,000) shares of One pound (£1) each.

That the shares have been fully paid up.

That the Company has no assets, and has ceased to carry on operations; and I do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of such Company.

That the shares have been fully paid up.

That the Company has no assets, and has ceased to carry on its operations; and I do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of such Company.
