NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Shortland, in the District of the Thames, in the Province of Auckland, on the 4th day of September next, will be heard the application of the person whose name appears in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown Grant of the piece of land the name of which appears in the second column, under the provisions of “The Native Land Act, 1873.”
