By John Williamson, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
In pursuance of the eighth section of “The Highways Act, 1874,” I do hereby bring Parts I. and II. of the said Act into operation within the Point Chevalier Highway District; and I do hereby appoint the first Meeting of Ratepayers to take place at the Northern Hotel, on the Great North Road, on Saturday, the twenty-fifth day of July proximo, at two o’clock in the afternoon, and William Motion, Esq., of Auckland, to be Chairman of such meeting.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this thirtieth day of June, 1874.
