PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland,
Under and in pursuance of the powers in me vested by the fourth section of "The High-ways Act, 1871," I do hereby alter and amend the Western and South-Western boundaries of said Reserve boundaries of the Waikato and Waipā Highway Districts, as hereunder set forth.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

Amended Boundaries
Bounded towards the North-East by a saltwater creek being a branch of the Mauku Estuary and by boundary and the whole of the South-Western boundary of Allotments Nos. 104 and 105 of the road of one hundred links wide part of the Southern the centre of the road which forms the North-Eastern boundary of Allotment No. 11 crossing another hundred links wide to the North-Eastern boundary of Allotment No. 13 all of the Suburbs of Purapura aforesaid and part of the South-Eastern Allotment No. 108 of the Parish aforesaid, thence by the North-Eastern boundary of Allotment No. 24 of the Parish of Waikato East aforesaid, hence by the South-Western boundaries of said Allotment No. 108 which forms the Western boundary, thence by the South-Eastern boundary of Allotment No. 90 Eastern side of said road which also forms both of the Parish of Waikū East aforesaid to the Western boundary of Allotment No. 22 also of the Tramway line, thence by the centre of the Tramway line to the North-Western boundary of the Parish of Waikū East aforesaid to its junction with the road which traverses Allotments Nos. 12, 11, and Allotment No. 19 of the Parish of Puni, thence by the North-Western and South-Western boundaries of the centre of said road to the Southernmost angle of Allotment No. 19 and the South-Western boundary Allotment No. 6 also of the Parish of Waikū East aforesaid to its Southernmost angle, thence by a straight line to the Western boundary of the land known as the Purapura Native Reserve and by the ways aforesaid to the North-Western and South-Western boundaries of Allotment No. 2 aforesaid to its Southernmost angle, thence by the Waikato River aforesaid to the Awaroa River;
of Allotment No. 18 both of the Parish last-named to the North-Western boundary of Allotment No. 2 also of the same Parish, thence by the North-Western and South-Western boundaries of Allotment No. 2 aforesaid to its Southernmost angle, thence by a straight line to the Western boundary of the land towards the South-East by the Waikato River aforesaid to the Awaroa River; towards the South-West by the Awaroa River aforesaid to a line being the production in a South-Westerly direction of the Eastern boundary of Allotment No. 8 of the Suburbs of Purapura, thence Northerly by said line to the Southern boundary of Allotment No. 8 aforesaid and by the Southern boundary of Allotment No. 8 aforesaid to the Southern and Western boundaries of Allotment No. 9 part of the Southern boundary of Allotment No. 10 the crossing of a road.
