PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
I Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Superintendent
of the Province of Auckland, having this day
taken into consideration the Order made by the
Poverty Bay Highway District Board (and all ob-jections made thereto) for taking a Road from the
Mill Bush, running in a South-East direction through
part of the Mukaauri and Tahoka Block, to the Taru-
huru River, do hereby, by virtue of the powers
conferred on me by section 33 of “The Highway
Boards Empowering Act, 1871,” confirm the said
Order without variation.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this
seventh day of November, One thousand
eight hundred and seventy-three.

or 10s. 6d. per quarter, payable in advance.
Subscriptions are required to terminate with the
quarters ending March, June, September, or Decem-
ber; a less period than three months cannot be
subscribed for.
