NOTICE is hereby given that the Crown Grants to the undermentioned persons, for the undermentioned Blocks of Land in the Province of Auckland, have been forwarded by the Secretary for Crown Lands to the Registrar of Deeds here for delivery to the Grantees.

NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims on behalf of themselves and others of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, boundaries of which were published in former Notices, will be investigated at Gisborne, on the 12th day of November next and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Karauria Pahura, Himiona Te Kani, Mokena Huatau, Heremia Taurewa, Hirini Te Inu, Hare Tanga, Hare Naikare, Te Teira, Raharuhi Poia, Hepeta Komaru, Arapeta Rangi-ua, and others. Uawa, Tolaga Bay The boundary commences at the mouth of the Uawa River and goes up that river to Te Mutu, thence still up the stream to Kopuatarakihi, thence by the Kopuatarakihi stream to the boundary of the Kopuni Block, thence by the sea coast to the mouth of the Uawa River. Magistrate’s Court, Gisborne.
Riperata Kahutia, and others. Kiati, Turanganui The boundary commences at Rarohou on the Waimata River and goes by that river to the sea, then goes along the beach to Papawhariki and Tipi, and thence straight to the starting point at Rarohou. Magistrate’s Court, Gisborne.
Henare Potae, Hirini Ahunuku, Pita Hokio, Hoani Maeha, and Hoani Tauata Anaura The boundary commences at Waipari and goes on to Te Hikuwai Totaratapu, and Pukaki, and thence back to the starting point at Waipari. Magistrate’s Court, Gisborne.
Peta Toto, and others. Hikuwai The boundaries are shown on the map. Magistrate’s Court, Gisborne.
Hoani Haraki, Riperata Kahutia, Noa Whakatere, and Eparaima Te Aohuna, Tu-ranga The boundaries are shown on the map. Magistrate’s Court, Gisborne.
Eru Moana, Apikara, Hemi, Epi-niha, and others. Mirimiri, near Tura-nga The boundaries are shown on the map. Magistrate’s Court, Gisborne.
