"THE TIMBER FLOATING ACT, 1873."

NOTICE is hereby given to all Owners and Occupiers of land on the banks of the Waitekuri and Waingaro streams at Wangapoa, in the Province of Auckland, that an application has been this day made by Mr. John Sangster Macfarlane, under "The Timber Floating Act, 1873," for a license to use the said streams by floating timber therein; and that I will hear any objections which may be made to the said application, on Friday, the 24th October instant, at 11 o’clock forenoon, at the Superintendent’s Office, Auckland.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this sixteenth day of October, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.
