Auckland, 1st July, 1873.
I hereby certify that I have examined the accounts of the Public School Fund for the financial period ended 30th June, 1873, and compared them with the vouchers, which I find to be correct, with the exception of the sum of £124 9s. 0d. paid at the Bank by cheques of the late Board, the vouchers for which were destroyed by fire.
