SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Helensville, in the District of Kaipara, in the Province of Auckland, on the 29th day of October next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditament comprised in the Crown Grant of the piece of land the name of which appears in the second column, situate in the district named in the third column.
