SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Auckland, January 10th, 1873.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a sitting of this Court to be held at Helensville, in the District of Kaipara, in the Province of Auckland, on the 21st day of February next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown Grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which were published in the former notices, will be investigated at Helensville, Kaipara, on the 21st of February next, and the following days.
