THE HAMILTON HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the North-East by the centre of the Waikato River from the South-Eastern boundary of the Parish of Horotiu to Mystery Creek; towards the South-East by Mystery Creek aforesaid to the Eastern side of the road which forms the Western boundaries of allotments Nos. 312A and 312 of the Parish of Te Rapa; thence by the Eastern side of said road to the North-Western angle of allotment No. 305 of the Parish of Te Rapa aforesaid; thence crossing said road to its Western side at the angle last named and by the Western side of said road to the Northern boundary of the Rangiawhia Highway District; towards the South by part of the Northern boundary of the said district and parts of the Eastern and Northern boundaries of the Mangapiko Highway District; towards the West by parts of the Eastern boundaries of the Mangapiko and Newcastle Highway Districts; and towards the South-West and North-West by part of the North-Eastern boundary and South-Eastern boundary of the Newcastle Highway District aforesaid to the Waikato River the place of commencement, exclusive of the Township of Hamilton West.

THE MOUNT ALBERT HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the North by the Northern boundary of section No. 5 of the suburbs of Auckland, from the North-Western angle of allotment No. 35 to the North-Eastern angle of allotment No. 1 of section No. 5 aforesaid, and by the Northern boundary of allotment No. 1 of section No. 7 to the road which forms its Eastern boundary; towards the East by the road which forms the Eastern boundary of allotment No. 1 of section No. 7 aforesaid, and also the North-Eastern boundary of allotment No. 2 of section No. 10 to the North-Easternmost point of allotment No. 1 of said section, thence by the North-western boundary of allotment No. 1 of section No. 10 aforesaid, thence by the Northern boundaries of allotments Nos. 21 and 26 and the Northern boundary of allotment No. 2e last named to the Eastern side of the Mount Roskill road and continuing Northerly along its Eastern side to the North-Western angle of allotment No. 2F of said section No. 10, thence Westerly crossing the Mount Roskill road to its Western side and continuing Southerly along said road to a line parallel to and at a distance of about 235 links from the road aforesaid from the South-Eastern angle of allotment No. 16 of section and suburbs before-mentioned to the South-Eastern angle of allotment No. 35 of said section No. 10 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid; thence Westerly by the North-Western angle of section No. 10 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid to Mr. Baker’s land and continuing Southerly along the Western boundary of said land and by the same allotment No. 35 aforesaid to the road which forms the Eastern boundary of allotment No. 58 of suburban section No. 10 aforesaid, thence crossing said road and following the Western side of the same to the South-Eastern angle of allotment No. 57 of said section No. 10, and continuing along the centre of said road to the North-Eastern angle of allotment No. 136 aforesaid, thence by the Northern boundary of allotment No. 136 aforesaid to the North-Eastern angle of allotment No. 137 of section No. 10 aforesaid, thence by the Eastern boundary of allotment No. 57 before mentioned to the road.

THE MOUNT EDEN HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded towards the North by a road which forms the Southern boundaries of allotments Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6A, 29, 28, 27, 26, 25, and 16 of section No. 6 of the suburbs of Auckland to the Mount Roskill Road; towards the East by the Epsom Road to and at a distance of about 235 links from the road aforesaid from the South-Eastern angle of allotment No. 11 of section No. 10 aforesaid; thence by the same line Westerly to the North-Western angle of section No. 10 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid and by the Western boundary of said allotment No. 37 and the Western boundary of said section to the point of commencement.
