By Thomas Bannatyne Gillies, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
IN pursuance of Section 336 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867," I do hereby authorize, by the following General Regulations, Stallages, Rents, and Tolls to be demanded, taken, and received by the City Council of Auckland from persons using the Auckland Market, not exceeding the amounts hereunder named:β
STALLAGES AND RENTS.
For every shop, fixed or permanent stall, or open space for storing goods, or other occupancy, not leased by public auction, any sum not exceeding ... per day, per week.
