"Prince Imperial" license; lease dated
6th October, 1870.

The Sailor Prince Gold Mining Company Registered;
15 years' lease of 11 acres 1 rood and
7 perches; situated on the Waiotahi Creek, and
bounded Northerly by the "Sailor Prince"
and "Comstock" leases (above described);
Easterly by supposed unoccupied ground and
the "City of London" lease, Southerly by
supposed unoccupied ground and the "Crown
Prince" lease, and Westerly by the "Crown
Prince" (No. 3) license and the "Prince
Imperial" license; lease dated 27th June,
1871.

W. McDonald and H. R. Jones, (assigned to William
Earl, of Auckland); 15 years' lease of 14
acres and 10 perches, known as the "Hero"
claim, situated on the Pukuhinahina Creek, and
bounded Northerly and Easterly by supposed
unoccupied ground, Southerly by the Powder
Magazine Reserve, and Westerly by the late
"Islay" lease; lease dated 6th December,
1871.

Thomas Hunter and A. M. A. Pace; 15 years' lease
of 10 acres and 21 perches, known as the "St
George" lease; situated on the Puru Creek,
and bounded Northerly by the "City of
Aberdeen" lease, and supposed unoccupied
ground, Easterly by supposed unoccupied
ground, and the "North Western" lease; and
Westerly by the late "Celt 2" lease; lease
dated 6th December, 1871.

The City of Aberdeen Gold Mining Company
Registered; 15 years' lease of 16 acres and 4
perches, situated on the Puru Creek, and
bounded on the North, West, and East by
supposed unoccupied ground, and on the
South by the late "Celt" lease; lease dated
6th December, 1871.

Harbour Board Act, 1871," I do hereby, with
the advice and consent of my Executive Council,
re-appoint

to be a Member of the Auckland Harbour Board.

has been duly elected a Member of the said Board
in place of Thomas Macready.
