REGULATION (No. 13).
REGULATION of the Council of the City of Auckland made under Special Order of the said Council, dated the third day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three, confirmed and sealed with the Common Seal of the Council of the said City, the fifteenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.
In pursuance of The Municipal Corporations Act 1867, Schedule 13, Part X, Subdivision 2, Section 78 the Council of the City of Auckland make the following Regulation, that is to say—
For the purpose of manuring the City Park it shall be lawful to deposit thereon the contents of ash middens and other matter removable by nightmen, care being taken not to allow the same to become offensive.
Passed by the said Council this fifteenth day of April, Anno Domini, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

AUCKLAND IMPROVEMENT.
NOTICE is hereby given that application is intended to be made by the Auckland Improvement Commissioners to the General Assembly, at the ensuing session thereof, for leave to bring in a Bill to alter and amend the Auckland Improvement (Albert Barrack Reserves) Act, 1872:
And to make and maintain a street, commencing at Lorne Street at a place where it is joined by Rutland Street, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction to the land under the control of the said Commissioners.
And to extend Victoria Street to Victoria Quadrant over part of Allotment 31, of Section 4, of the City of Auckland.
And to make and maintain a Street from Victoria Quadrant, near the Wesleyan Chapel, in a Northerly direction into Shortland Street, and thence into Fort Street, near its junction with Commerce Street.
And a Street proceeding from the Southerly end of Princes Street, in a straight or nearly straight line.
