John McLean, Auckland .................. 410 6 0 the above-named Rapana Mauganoa I should cause to be made the sum of Thirty Pounds One Shilling and Sixpence, together with interest on the said sum at the rate of Eight Pounds per centum per annum from the 1st day of February, 1873, together with £2 12s 6d for the said Writ, besides Sheriff’s poundage Officers fees, &c. Now I do hereby give notice that I shall cause to be sold by Public Auction,

Glenny, Auckland .................. 373 0 0 All the Estate, Right, Title, and Interest of the said Rapana Mauganoa, of, in, and to all that parcel of land in the Province of Auckland, at Grahamstown, containing by admeasurement one acre one rood thirteen perches, and being called or known as Lot 15, Kauaeranga, district of Hauraki, Queen’s County, bounded towards the north-east by lot number fourteen, four hundred and sixty links; towards the south-east by lot number fifteen, four hundred and ninety-seven links; again towards the north-east by lot number thirteen, one hundred and eighty links; towards the south-west by lot number sixteen, three hundred and twenty-six links, two hundred and twenty-three links, and thirteen links; and towards the north-west by lot number fourteen, one hundred and two links and one hundred and twenty-five links.

I HEREBY notify that the several Chairmen of the after-named District Boards, under “The Highways Act, 1871,” have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the under-mentioned persons appointed Officers and Members of those Boards respectively, to supply vacancies:—
Upper Mauhangai.—Charles Phillips, to be Member, vice E. G. Clements, resigned.
Maketu.—Thomas Pratt, to be Member, vice W. Kerr, resigned; and John Curtain, to be Chairman, vice W. Kerr, resigned.
Manai.—Alexander McLeod, to be Member, vice Roderick McLeod, resigned.
Pukeatua.—William Beaumont, to be Member, vice Christian Frederick Kretschmar, resigned.
Wharehine.—W. Day and J. I. Buckton, to be Members, vice Messrs Brooks and Cutforth, resigned.
Wairoa.—Daniel Crawford, to be Member, vice James Crawford, senior, resigned.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of “The Highways Act, 1871,” that certified copies of the Assessment Lists for the Mount Eden and Ararimu Highway Districts, have been forwarded to this Office.

THE “Auckland Improvement Commissioners” intend to offer for sale by Public Auction on the 22nd of April next, the Lease for a term of ninety-nine years, of the allotments, situated to the East of Symonds-street, being a portion of Section 34 City of Auckland.

WHEREAS, by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias issued in this action, and directed to me, ordering me that of the real and personal property of the above-named James McGregor, I should cause to be made the sum of One Hundred and Sixteen Pounds One Shilling and Sixpence, together with interest on the said sum at the rate of Eight Pounds per centum per annum from the 12th day of February, 1873, together with £2 15s. for the said Writ, besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officers’ fees, &c.: Now I do hereby give notice that I shall cause to be sold by Public Auction, by Richard Arthur, at his Auction Mart, Queen-street, Auckland, on the 23rd day of June, 1873, at the hour of 12 o’clock noon, unless the said debt of £116 1s 6d and interest be sooner paid together with the said sum of £2 besides Sheriff’s poundage, Officers’ fees, &c.
