PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT IS HEREBY notified that the Board of Education, under "The Education Act, 1872," have constituted the Districts hereinafter described, to be Educational Districts under the said Act, and have appointed times and places of meetings for the Election of District School Committees for the said Educational Districts respectively as hereunder set forth.

SCHEDULE.

MOUNT ALBERT EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North by the Northern boundary of allotment No. 16 of Section No. 7 of the suburbs of Auckland part of the Western boundary of allotment No. 11 of Section No. 5 of said suburbs, and the Southern boundary of allotment No. 10 of said section No. 5, thence by the Cabbage-Tree Swamp Road and Mount Roskill Road to the Northern boundary of allotment No. 10 of Section No. 10 of said suburbs, thence by said Northern boundary to the Eastern boundary of the Mount Albert Highway District, towards the East by the Eastern boundary of the said Mount Albert Highway District, towards the South by the Southern boundary of the Mount Albert Highway District aforesaid to the road which forms the North-Eastern boundary of allotment No. 52 of the Parish of Titirangi, thence North-Westerly by said road to its junction with the Old Great North Road at the Northernmost angle of allotment No. 30. of the Parish of Titirangi aforesaid, and towards the North-West by the Old Great North Road aforesaid to the Northern boundary of allotment No. 16 of Section No. 7 of the suburbs aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Meeting for the Election of District School Committee to be held at the School House, on Monday, the 10th instant, at 7 p.m.


WHAU EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Bounded towards the North by the waters of the Whau river, Waitemata Harbour and Oakley’s Creek to the Old Great North Road, and by said road to the Northernmost angle of allotment No. 30 of the Parish of Titirangi; towards the East by the road which forms the Eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 30, 31, 32 and 33 of the Parish of Titirangi aforesaid, and by said road continued to the North-Eastern angle of allotment No. 67 of said Parish, thence by the Eastern boundaries of said allotment No. 67 and allotments Nos. 78, 77, and 75 of said Parish of Titirangi to the Manukau Harbour, towards the South by the Manukau Harbour aforesaid to the Eastern boundary of Porter’s claim, and towards the West by the Eastern boundary of Porter’s claim aforesaid and the road which forms the Eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 129, 128, 127, 126, 124, 123, 238, and 239 to the Wairan Creek and by said Creek to the Whau River aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Meeting for the Election of the District School Committee at the Whau Public Hall on Saturday, the 8th inst., at 7 p.m.


THE CAMBRIDGE EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Comprising all those lands situate within the boundaries of the Pukekura Highway District as proclaimed in the Provincial Government Gazette No. 95, of date 9th December, 1869, and the Cambridge Highway District as proclaimed in the Provincial Government Gazette No. 34, of date 19th September, 1872.

Meeting for the Election of District S.chool Committee, on Saturday, the 15th inst., at 4 p.m.


THE PUKEKOHE WEST EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.

Comprising all those lands situate within the boundaries of the Pukekohe West Highway District as proclaimed in the Provincial Government Gazette No. 27 of date 20th July, 1872.

Meeting for the Election of District School Committee at the School House, on Saturday the 15th inst., at 4 p.m.


THE RUAPUKE EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT.
