No. 9, all of the Parish of Waikomiti aforesaid, and boundary of allotment No. 10 aforesaid, and thence continuing along the Southern and South Western by the North Western boundary of allotment No. 10 aforesaid, boundaries of allotment No. 9, last named to the before described, to the South Western angle of Southernmost angle of allotment No. 18 of the Parish allotment No. 18 of the Parish of Waipareira first mentioned, the place of commencement.

The Waitakerei South Highway District.

Amended boundaries.

Commencing at the Southernmost angle of allotment No. 18 of the Parish of Waipareira; Bounded towards the East by the North Eastern and Northern boundaries of allotment No. 10 of the Parish of Waikomiti to the Creek known as Parr’s Creek, thence Southerly by Parr’s Creek aforesaid to the North Eastern angle of allotment No. 68 of the Parish of Waikomiti, thence by the North Western boundary of allotment No. 68 aforesaid, part of the North Eastern and the whole of the North Western and South Western boundaries of allotment No. 76, the abutment of a road one hundred links wide, the South Western boundary of allotment No. 70, part of the South Western boundary of allotment No. 38, the North Western and South Western boundaries of allotment No. 82, the North Western boundary of allotment No. 73 and the North Western and South Western boundaries of allotment No. 74, all of the Parish of Waikomiti aforesaid to Big Muddy Creek; towards the South by Big Muddy Creek aforesaid to a line being the production in a North Easterly direction of the South Eastern boundary of allotment No. 79 of the Parish of Earangahape aforesaid, thence by the South Eastern boundary of allotment No. 79 last named, the South Eastern and South Western boundaries of allotment No. 78, and the South Eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 76 and 75 to the North Eastern boundary of allotment No. 72; towards the North East by part of the North Eastern boundary of allotment No. 72 aforesaid, and the North Eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 71, 68, and 67, to the Easternmost angle of last named lot; towards the South East by the Eastern boundary of allotment No. 67 and the Eastern and Southern boundaries of allotment No. 66 to the Eastern side of the road which forms the South Eastern boundary of allotment No. 62, thence by the Eastern side of said road to the North Eastern boundary of allotment No. 64, thence by part of the North Eastern and the whole of the South Eastern boundary of allotment No. 64 aforesaid, and by the South Eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 60, 58, and 57 to high water mark of the sea; towards the South West by high water mark of the sea from the place last named to the North Western boundary of the Parish of Karangahape; and towards the North West by the North Western boundary of the Parish of Karangahape aforesaid, and by said boundary produced in a right line across Big Muddy Creek to the South Western angle of allotment No. 94 of the Parish of Waikomiti aforesaid, thence following the North Western boundary of allotment No. 94 of the Parish of Waikomiti aforesaid, and the North Western boundary of allotment No. 93 and by said last mentioned boundary produced in a right line to the centre of the road which forms the Northern boundary of allotment No. 93 aforesaid, and thence by the centre of said road to its junction with the road leading to allotment No. 10 of the Parish of Waikomiti aforesaid, and by the centre of last named road to the North Western boundary of allotment No. 10 aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of “The Highways Act, 1871,” that certified copies of the Assessment Lists for the Whakapaku, and Whau Whau Highway Districts respectively, have been forwarded to this Office.
