NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Kapanga, Coromandel, on the 18th day of April next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. The boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Makoare Te Pukeroa, and Kapanga Te Arakuri Te Kowhai, near Kapanga The boundary commences on the East at Te Kauri and Te Hihi, and goes along in the Kapanga River till it reaches the Mud Flat, then goes along low water-mark until it reaches Te Kauri The Maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed, can be seen at the Court-house of the Resident Magistrate, Coromandel.
Te Matenga Ngaupara Uruwhau, near Waikanae The boundary commences on the beach at Te Taroa, and goes on to Uruwhau, Kotai-te-mutu, Tahunatorea, Harakoka, Te Ngutumanu, and joins at Te Taroa
Wikitoria Rangipiki, Arama Karaka, Riria Karepi, Riria Putea, Wikitoria Nohohau, Riwai, Paea, and Te Matenga Harataunga, at Harataunga The boundary commences at Taiharuru, and goes on to Tarahanga and Puroa, then goes down to the Waiparuparu River, and on to Hurumangimangi, Waikaka, Pukeweka, Pukeatua, Mataiterangi, Mangakopara, Taumatatau, Paketotara, Pukerimu, and on to the surveyed line of Ngatiporou, goes along on that line and comes out at Piripirika, and goes on to Torarahi, Kahotara, Puketutu, Merepaka, Pukekowhai, Otoreki, Te Kopua, Oahua, Kaiwaka, Te Waihireri, and joins at Taiharuru
Katerina Hauruia, Rapana Te Ngaoho, and Wikitoria Rangipiki Otama, at Whitianga The boundaries are shewn on the map.
Mitai Kotahi, and Maika Waerengapoka, near Kapanga The boundary on one side is the Hangarahi River. The boundary on the other side is land belonging to Mr. Pajet.
