with the road at the south-eastern angle of allotment No. 55 aforesaid; towards the south by the centre of the road forming the south-western boundaries of allotments No. 55, 53, 52, 51, 48, 47, 46 and 45 of the parish of Tuhikaramea, and by the centre of the road forming the south-eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20a, 20, 19, and 18 of the parish aforesaid to the Waipa river; and towards the west by the Waipa river aforesaid from the centre of the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of allotment No. 18 beforementioned, to the road near the mouth of the Timaru or Bluenose creek; thence westward by said road for a distance of about 88 chains; thence by a right line bearing due north to the Hakarimata range; thence by said range and by a right line bearing north-east to the south-western boundary of allotment No. 15 of the parish of Pepepe first mentioned—the point of commencement.
