PROCLAMATION.
By THOMAS BANNATYNE GILLIES, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
By virtue of the powers and authority vested in me as Superintendent by the eleventh section of "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867," and upon the recommendation of the Auckland Provincial Council, made in conformity thereto, I do hereby proclaim and declare that I have made the following Reserves, and dedicated the same to the public purposes respectively hereunder set forth, that is to say:

Parish of KAPANGA, Queen’s County: Allotment No. 33 of the Town of Buffalo, containing 5 acres and 3 perches; bounded towards the north-east by allotment No. 17 of the suburbs of the Town of Buffalo; towards the south-east by the Court-house Creek Road; towards the south-west by allotments Nos. 10 and 7 of the Town aforesaid, and by the abutment of a road 100 hundred links wide; towards the north-west by rural allotment No. 11 of the Parish of Kapanga aforesaid, and by a line crossing a road 100 links wide; again towards the south-west by a road of width aforesaid; and again towards the north-west by allotment No. 17 aforesaid, intersected from south-east to north-west by a road 100 links wide, which is hereby reserved through the said allotment ... Public Cemetery.
Parish of KAPANGA, Queen’s County: Allotment No. 31 of the Town of Buffalo, containing 2 acres 2 roods and 25 perches; bounded towards the north-east by allotment No. 32 of the Town of Buffalo; towards the south-east by the south-eastern boundary of the Town of Buffalo; towards the south-west by a road 100 links wide; towards the north-west by allotment Number 30 of the Town of Buffalo aforesaid; again towards the south-west by allotment No. 30, and part of allotment No. 29 of the Town of Buffalo aforesaid; and again towards the north-west by allotment No. 32 aforesaid ... Public Hospital.
