PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
IT is hereby notified that the Offices of the Provincial Government will be closed from next Wednesday the 25th instant to Saturday the 28th instant (both days inclusive); and also on the following Wednesday and Thursday, the 1st and 2nd January, 1873.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
IT is hereby notified that re-entry has been made by the Lessor upon the ground demised by the Lease hereunder named, and the Lessee’s estate therein determined, and that the land therein mentioned will be open for occupation under sections 53, 54, and 55 of “The Gold Mining Districts Act, 1871.”

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in me vested in that behalf by “The Impounding Act, 1867,” I do hereby appoint those premises erected upon allotments Numbers 83 and 84 of Section Number 2 in the Township of Tauranga, Parish of Te Papa, Cook’s County (situate within the boundaries of the Tauranga North Township Highway District) to be and be used as a Public Pound for the purposes of the said recited Act.
