I THE undersigned, William Samuel Collins, hereby make application to register "The Sappho Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, viz:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Sappho Gold Mining Company, Registered.
  2. The place of operations is at the Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Six thousand pounds, in Six thousand shares of One pound each.
  4. The amount already paid-up is in cash Nil, and in partly paid-up shares Three thousand pounds.
  5. The name of the Manager is William Samuel Collins.
  6. The Office of the Company is in Kapanga Road, Coromandel.
  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each, at this date, are as follows, namely:—

DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULES UNDER THE MINING COMPANIES’ LIMITED LIABILITY ACTS, 1865, 1870, AND 1871.

IN THE MATTER OF THE TRADESMEN’S GOLD MINING COMPANY (REGISTERED).

Assets—Moneys collected, in hand ... £97 5 0
Liabilities—per Schedule, including all costs and expenses ... £97 5 0

Mode of Distribution:
I hereby declare a second payment of Five Shillings in the Pound (15s. in Pound already paid), to all Creditors proved in above-named Company, payable on and after October 4th.

In consideration of the foregoing, I hereby declare the above-named Tradesmen’s Gold Mining Company fully wound up and extinct.

Mode of Distribution:
Tenpence half-penny per Share refund amongst the Shareholders of above Company, upon 540 Shares.
I hereby declare a first and final payment of Twenty Shillings in the Pound to all Creditors proved in above-named Company, payable on and after 4th October. I hereby further declare the Poverty Gold Mining Company fully wound up and extinct.
